Our Focus:

Walking

Walking is the most basic of human motion, and one that can be the easiest to do. We love fitness walking and the sports of race walk and power walk to us improve our aerobic fitness, and stay motivated to keep going.

The bicycle has been a symbol and a means of women’s freedom of movement. Choose a what to ride — trusty road bike, a trendy e-bike, even a three-wheel trike — and then ride however you want: for fun, commuting, fitness, racing, mountain biking, gravel, touring, solo or group. The choices are endless!

Strength & Mobility

Staying strong, mobile, and agile helps with our walking and biking fitness AND our daily living. Because we lose muscle as we age (that’s why toting groceries may feel harder), we can maintain and even make improvements with strength training. Plus, who doesn’t want to be able to pick up a grand kid or fur baby for a hug!?
