RESULTS: Women 60-64, IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship

November 8, 2022 By Bonnie Parrish-Kell

The 2022 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship women’s race took place on Friday, Oct. 28 in St. George, Utah. Natasa Nakrst from Slovenia won the women’s 60-64 age group championship. Her time was 5 hours, 26 minutes, and 43 seconds. American Tina Catlin closed out the age group with a time of 8 hours, 13 minutes, and 43 seconds. This age group had 78 finishers.

Every athlete had to complete their race in 8 hours and 30 minutes.

We applaud those who crossed the finish line, and especially those who tried their very best to beat the race’s time deadline! Each woman had trained for months (if not years) and then raced in one (or more!) IRONMAN 70.3 events in an effort to qualify for this championship race. May their dedication, passion, and grit inspire us to achieve our own unique potential for fitness, strength, endurance, and overall health!
