Sometimes the best walking workout you can have is what I call the “lollygag,” the type where you just go out and enjoy it.
Ignore your pace. Breathe in the morning air. Watch butterflies flit about. Listen to birds chirping and singing. Indulge in the sensation of your body in motion.
