What’s for Dinner?


With a goal to lose four percent in body fat by September 2, I’m working on making better, more healthful choices for my meals.

Whole Foods Market offers a varied, organic and fresh cold salad bar. I filled the container with baby spinach, arugala, cucumbers, roasted red peppers,  black beans,  fresh and baked tofu, kidney beans,  mozzarella cheese,   a few stuffed grape leaves, and a hard boiled egg. The dressing is 365 Balsamic Dressing.

Bonus: Every Wednesday the salad bar price iper pound is $2 off.
