If the usual fitness activities like running, strength training, or team sports are not your “thing” — or maybe you want a change — then take a moment and think back to your childhood. What did you like to do? Jump rope? Hop scotch?
What about baton twirling? I must admit I’ve never given it much thought, even back in my high school days.
But after reading the following story appearing in the July issue of The Costco Connection I certainly have a greater appreciation for the agility, coordination, focus, and stamina that baton twirling demands.
